Find a well lit area, where the light is reflecting on your face.
Review some of the topic ideas.
Enter your name in the "Name" field.
When you're ready, press the "record from camera" button.
You can also record separately, using something like your camera app on your phone, and upload the file when you're ready.
You will be given a 5-second countdown before your video starts recording.
When you're done recording, tap anywhere on the screen to stop the recording.
Once you're happy with your recording, press "Accept".
Finally, press "Submit Your Testimonial".

Make your video short and sweet, 30-60 seconds.
Make sure you're in a well-lit area. Where the light is coming in from in front of you. Avoid standing/sitting with windows behind you.
Keep your camera elevated, slightly above your chin.
Practice a few times before recording.
