OUR STORY

How We Got Here

Built alongside dealerships from day one — HR4 was created with the industry, not just for it.
Early 2013
Our founder was approached by a dealer group looking for a better way to manage their people. Working side by side, they built an HRIS tailored to dealership operations — practical, efficient, and grounded in real needs.
Late 2013
The first version went live, proving that HR could be done differently. 
2017
After years of collaboration and refinement with dealerships, HR4 officially launched to market in May 2017. Every feature was designed through real feedback — simplifying hiring, onboarding, learning, and compliance in one connected platform.
2025
Fast forward to Today. HR4 supports nearly 1,000 rooftops across North America and is still growing in partnership with the industry that inspired it. Built with dealerships, for dealerships — and still evolving together.
