Bri is passionate about disrupting the status quo to advance her client’s strategies and thrives in an environment where the finish line is always moving. With her unique out-of-the-box and perspective of abundance, she strives to empower her clients to unearth their potential.

As Vice President, she works alongside the team to drive the growth of HR4 in the North American market. Whether that be helping to close a client, providing feedback on marketing plans or working with the product team to develop new apps - she has her hands in both short term and long-term strategies. Her main focus at all times is to ensure each client falls in love with HR4 and becomes advocates of not just the software but HR4’s unique white glove service model.

Bri holds a degree in Business and Social Justice and Peace Studies and she currently holds a seat on the King’s University Alumni Board. Bri is a regular public speaker on the future of Human Capital and the changing workplace at conferences across North America.

Megan is a people-focused leader with a diverse set of credentials in HR, Project Management and Education and experience in a wide range of industries including Automotive, Construction, Retail and Healthcare. Having led highly functional teams in a wide range of industries, Megan understands how to develop and implement HR, Employee Engagement, Performance Improvement and Compliance strategies that actually work for her clients, improving leadership, culture and retention along the way.

Leveraging The Minery Ltd.’s digital platforms, Imprv and HR4, she has been integral to the on-going development and enhancement of several dealer-facing projects and has successfully worked with OEM and dealership clients to excel their growth and improve their operations and Customer Experience.
