What is the Foss Circle?

Simply, it is the strategy that supports our improvement both individually, and in business results.

How do we get there?

By focusing on “Me,” “We,” and “Work.”

There are three components to our strategy:

  1. Leadership Bootcamp
  2. Personal Development Workshops
  3. Foss Challenge – made up of 2 components:
    • Wellness – challenging our physical and mental health (Feel Good!)
    • Community Service activities – challenging ourselves individually, and as a team, to participate in community and charity services (Do Good!)
